What are the jobs? We need volunteers to collect donations, sell tickets, usher at performances, provide information to attendees, assist at a canoe/kayak event, provide hospitality to performers, work backstage, support the production manager, assist with the parade, sell merchandise, and staff raffle tables. There will also be a need for office workers before and during the event to answer phones and provide assistance to the staff. Click on 'Daily Listing' under the 'Events' menu to see all the events we need volunteers for.  We need hundreds!

What will you receive? Volunteers will receive a free ticket to one of the major waterfront concerts in exchange for at least 4 hours of volunteer work. They will also receive a free T-shirt and poster, and several local merchants are offering gift certificates which will be raffled off. In addition, your time will be spent volunteering at wonderful events, enjoying our community during the warm days of summer, and being of help to festival goers, artists and guests.

Volunteers will receive training either before the event or the day they volunteer, depending on their role. Anyone handling money must be interviewed in person and may need to undergo a background check.
