About the Location/Sponsor:

One of the smaller, family-owned farms of Grand Isle County, Lakes End Dairy is located in Alburgh, Vermont, with a spectacular view of Lake Champlain. Joanne and Alton James, operators of Lakes End Cheeses, started off small in 1996 with only two cows and three goats. Currently, sixteen goats contribute their milk for the production of soft cheeses that are available in various stores throughout the islands in northwestern Vermont and in their own retail shop, Shoreline Chocolates. Lakes End Dairy is easy to find and a fun, family-friendly farm. Stop by and see country living at its best!
